Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee it is in the forests of the Kaffa region that arabica grew wild. Yirgacheffe is considered to be one of the finest coffees. It has a unique winey aroma and flavor. Its body acts as a perfect background for complex winey notes. This AA bean is roasted to a dark brown, muting some of its ”snap” character and sharp acidity. The result is full ­bodied and chocolaty with a sweet intense finish. Regular only.
