Indonesian beans normally do not contain any winey or acidic notes. They are heavy and full bodied, without a lingering flavor. When you swallow it, the taste of the coffee is gone.  Sumatra is especially noted for its very low acidity.

The islands of Indonesia are home to the richest fullbodied coffees in the world and Sumatra Mandheling is the prototype. A medium roast helps highlight this coffee’s full body, earthy aroma and low acidity. Organic. Indonesia’s “Sleeper” is roasted to a savory depth, accentuating specific qualities of the sweet bean. In the cup it is comfortably rich with floral overtones and a wonderful finish. This variety offers little to no acidity and plenty of body. Coffee from the islands of Indonesia lend full body taste to strikingly flavorful African coffees, which provide Rock and Roll with its electric kick. Regular only.
