Can you tell me when my package will arrive?
In-stock items ordered before 2:30 pm EST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Under normal conditions, orders placed before 2:30 pm EST Monday through Thursday will ship that day.
* Orders placed after 2:30 pm EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day.
* Orders placed after 2:30 pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship on the weekend. Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with shipment tracking information when your order ships. You may also call our Customer Service Center at 717-975-8101 or e-mail us at email@example.com. Provide your order number or your last name and zip code. We will track the order immediately.
Which shipping company do you use?
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). You can track the shipment of your package directly with them at www.ups.com or by calling 800 742 5877 (800 PICK UPS).
Where do my online and telephone orders ship from?
All orders are shipped to our customers direct from our Camp Hill, PA facility.
Does the retail store ship products?
Yes, our retail store will ship any product in stock. They also can customize your gift giving experience.
How can I order a custom gift basket?

Do you ship to APO/FPO or international addresses?
We are not able to ship outside the United States or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Do you gift wrap?
All our items are handsomely boxed and will certainly be received as gifts.
Can I place an order now and have it delivered at a later date?
We can hold an order for delivery on the date you specify. However, in order to maintain our standards of freshness and to guarantee the availability of the product, we are unable to hold orders more than one month.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard when you order online, over the phone or in the store. We also accept checks or money orders. If you place the order by phone and wish to pay by check or money order, we can put your order on hold until we receive your payment in the mail. Currently, gift certificates purchased in the store can only be redeemed in the store.
How is sales tax calculated?
There is no sales tax on products shipping to states where we do not have a retail location. Because our store is located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the sales tax on orders shipped within Pennsylvania is 6%.
Is my personal information confidential?
We consider the personal information you provide to us to be absolutely confidential. This information is used only to fulfill your order or personalize your shopping experience. Identifying information is not rented or sold.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly credit a full refund for any product with which you are not wholly satisfied within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges.
