Ten years ago I started One Good Woman. We were very small and I thought of all my customers as personal friends. My newsletter was therefore a letter to my friends to tell them what was happening. Comprised of a little news, some new products, a recipe, a personal observation or two the newsletter has become a really fun part of doing the business.
